To avoid any inconvenience, we use elaborated size chart which also shows standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Our products are made of 100% pure leather that expands by about half a size to take the shape of your feet. We offer exchange in case there is a size issue or if product is delivered in a damaged state or wrong SKU is delivered. There is no return for change of mind. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges if the product is damaged and in case of size issue PKR 200 will be charged as delivery charges within 10 working days of complaint registration.

No exchange in size for color or design customised juttis.
